In Laos, 90% of the population in rural and mountainous areas are using firewood to burn directly as a cooking method. This situation leads to higher mortality rates of women in Laos compared to men. Therefore, during the seminar, CCS also introduced the gasifer model that has been researched and developed by CCS and applied in the LMI project implemented in Vietnam.
